Drop a dated PAID stamp exactly where an invoice needs it: one by the total, or one next to every line as you settle it. No accounts, no toolbars, no learning curve.
Nothing to install · works on desktop & phone · your files never leave your device
Stamping "paid" on a PDF shouldn't mean wading through toolbars, comment panes and export menus. The big PDF suites make a ten-second job take five minutes. So we made a tool that does one job, instantly.
Open your PDF, add a stamp, drag it where you need it, save a copy. That's the entire workflow, and there's nothing to set up first.
Your invoices are processed on your own device and never uploaded. Once you've installed it, it keeps working with no connection at all.
One stamp on the total, or several across line items, each resizable with its own date and wording. Presets cover things like "PAID via EFT", and it opens the locked, encrypted PDFs accounting systems produce.
PaidStamp processes your invoices entirely in your browser. The PDFs themselves are never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone. That's not a policy promise; it's how the app is built.
While it's in beta the app reports anonymous counts — how many pages, how many stamps — so we know it's being used. There are no accounts and no personal information: it doesn't know who you are, and it never sends your files, their names or anything inside them. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it reports nothing at all.
Free while in beta. On your phone, open it once and choose "Add to home screen" to keep it like an app.
